We price our watches competitively while upholding the highest standards of quality and service. Every purchase includes:

3. Is it safe to shop on your website?

Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to ensure your personal and financial information remains secure. We also offer Cash on Delivery for extra peace of mind within Nairobi.


4. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

  • M-PESA Paybill (fast and secure)

  • Cash on Delivery (within Nairobi only)
    Additional payment options such as bank transfers or credit card may be arranged upon request.


5. How long does delivery take?

  • Within Nairobi: Your watch is dispatched immediately after the order is confirmed. Most deliveries happen within the hour depending on your location.

    Need it at a specific time or location (e.g., office or hotel)? Let us know — we’ll accommodate your request.

  • Outside Nairobi: We offer next-day delivery via trusted courier services. You’ll receive a tracking number once the watch is dispatched.


6. Can I inspect the watch before paying?

Yes – if you're in Nairobi, choose Cash on Delivery. You’ll get to inspect the watch before making payment to ensure it meets your expectations.


7. What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged watch?

In the rare case this happens, contact us immediately. We offer a 3-day return or exchange policy for wrong or damaged items, provided the watch is unused and in its original packaging.


8. Can I visit a physical location to view the watches?

Yes. You're welcome to visit our Nairobi showroom. Contact us to schedule a viewing and experience the watches in person.


9. Do you offer watch servicing or repairs?

Yes, we provide professional servicing and repairs for luxury watches, including battery replacement, strap adjustments, polishing, and mechanical repairs. Reach out for a service quote.


10. Can I request a specific model that’s not listed on the website?

Certainly. If you’re looking for a particular model or brand, we can source it for you through our global supplier network. Just contact us with the details.
